| How WhoReadMe works? |
| Basically, WhoReadMe is embedded a transparent tracking image into your HTML email. The image is assigned with unique ID and stored in WhoReadMe server. Once your recipient opens your email, tracking image will be loaded from WhoReadMe server. Therefore, WhoReadMe is alerted to send you notification. |

| WhoReadMe is a online service. You cannot send your tracked emails using other client. You need to login to WhoReadMe website to send tracked emails. But, we may implement this feature in future on demand. |

| Why some of my emails not being tracked? |
| Your recipients may disable their HTML in their email client. Some email clients are blocking email tracking. |

| I received replies from my recipient, but WhoReadMe reported the email is still waiting, why? |
| WhoReadMe email tracking will not working if your recipient has HTML disabled in their email client, but they still can read your email. |

| What is the maximum size of attachments? |
| The maximum size of each attachment 2 MB while overall attachments in an email is 10 MB. |

| I try to send a file with ".exe" extension and get message "Invalid file type". Why? |
| For security reasons, you are only allowed to attach files with .txt, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .mp3, .wma, .wmv, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .rar, and .zip extension. |
